Actually there are a couple of problems with this identification. While #47 is common it is not listed in brass as this piece obviously is made of. I first identified this as #48 because of this but the reverse is clearly a variant of #47 (the variant being the misspelling of FREEDOM on this example). The obverse is also closer to #47 since the figure 2's are not reversed as mentioned on #48.
