This variant is noted by Eimer as scarce while the other (which actually has the rays from heaven) is listed as common. In this reference's world that's the difference of 25->50 or 50->100 in existence!
 
Bramsen as well as BHM lists this as rare and as you can see this example is holed for wear. Nevertheless, a nice little medal.
