Reverse -	This is probably an altar, draped, with a crown and scepter on it.
Legend,	HONNEUR ET PATRIE

NAPOLEON VENIT VIDIT VINCIT (!). Buste en costume impérial, couronné de laurier, à droite.	Rev: HONNEUR ET PATRIE. Un autel sur lequel sont la couronne, la sceptre, la main de justice et le manteau imperial.
