Comments. William Rusher was a freeholder earning a living as a bookseller, stationer, and hatter in Banbury.
 
   Banbury is partly in Oxfordshire, and partly in Northamptonshire, and was incorporated by Queen Mary. The Arms appear to have been granted by her successor in 1584.
