This token's a bit scuffed up but the first of three I've been able to acquire with Fox as a subject. BHM mentions that it was manufactured by W. Lutwyche.

BHM:

Charles James Fox (1749-1806) statesman, third son of Henry Fox, first Baron Holland. Educated at Eton and Hertford College, Oxford and in 1768 elected MP for Midhurst. In 1770 he became a member of the Board of the Admiralty under North but seldom bothered to attend. In 1780 Fox was elected MP for Westminster which city he continued, with a slight interruption, to represent till his death. In 1789 he asserted that the Prince of Wales had a right to the Regency. It is possible that Fox's electors supported his attempt to make a new Administration against Pitt, who was opposed to the Prince of Wales as Regent.
