DEM SIEGER SEINEN LOHN. Une femme tend une couronne vers une colonne sur laquelle, dans un écusson rond et couronné, un W. Derrière la colonne: des trophées d'armes; en haut: l'œil rayonnant.

Here's a link to a bio that I found on the web. This is the first piece I've collected with Wrede as the subject although he is one of many mentioned in Bramsen 1528. This piece was probably silvered at one point, accounting for the whitish residue in the protected places of the design. Of course it might also just be oxidation.
