Three equilateral triangles interlaced, in the centre of which is the radiant All-seeing eye, and surrounding which are laurel branches tied at the bottom by a ribbon.

Vern's Comments:

The description above comes from a rare book on Freemason's medals. The author listed the medals size in sixteenths of an inch. So the above was 1 1/8".

The date was written on the old collector's flip that it came in. While Marvin does not date it it's possible that one of the other references listed (Poole 420, HZC 697 or Merzdorf 146) did.
